About working together

How does a collaboration begin?

With a free initial consultation of about 30 minutes. Afterwards, you receive a proposal and a quotation.

How much does consulting or coaching cost?

Fees are based on individually agreed rates. Travel and accommodation costs are charged separately. The details are set out in the terms and conditions.

Can I cancel an appointment?

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. Later cancellations incur a proportion of the fee; the details are set out in the terms and conditions.

Will my information be treated confidentially?

Yes. All information from our work together is treated confidentially and is only passed on to third parties with your express consent, unless this is required by a legal obligation. The details are set out in the terms and conditions.

About coaching and methods

Is coaching a form of therapy?

No. Coaching is an advisory activity outside the field of healing and medicine (Heilkunde) and is not psychotherapy. No diagnoses or therapies are offered.

What is the 8-Level Model?

A holistic framework that connects vision, goals, capabilities, processes, organisation and tools and puts people at the centre. More about the model

Which methods do you use?

Among others, active listening, circular questioning, working with the inner team, systemic and solution-focused approaches, Theory U, and methods such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, BPMN and ITIL.

Why do you use Spiral Dynamics and the Dilts pyramid?

As models for reflection and dialogue, they help to talk about values, culture and the level at which a change takes place. They are not used as psychological diagnostic instruments.
