What makes my consulting different

Thinking strategy and IT together. The basis is my 8-Level Model (8EM): it links vision, mission and goals with capabilities, processes, organisation and the tools and IT systems. This shows which decision has an effect at which level. The same guiding question applies at every level: Does it serve people?

Consulting and coaching from a single source. As an enterprise architect, I know the business and technical side of change; as a business coach and change manager, the human side. I bring this combination to your project.

Lean rather than heavyweight. Frameworks such as TOGAF® or ITIL® provide orientation. I only use what makes sense for the size and the goals of your company.

A clear role. I advise, design and support. Operational implementation remains with you or your partners; I am happy to help you choose suitable partners.

Free tools. For getting started and the work afterwards, I provide free ITSM tools and EAM tools, including the 8EM Modeller and an EAM maturity check.

I am based in Rhauderfehn in the district of Leer. On-site appointments take place by arrangement in Rhauderfehn or at your company – in East Frisia as well as in the neighbouring Emsland and Ammerland regions or further afield. Workshops, facilitation and team development usually take place directly at your premises; many consulting conversations and coaching sessions can also be held online.
