What you will find here

I make part of my working material publicly available. There is no marketing calculation behind this, just a simple experience: most tools that are useful in coaching and organisational work fail in practice not because of the method, but because the material is not at hand – no card deck, no constellation board, no template.

Everything on this page may be downloaded and used free of charge, professionally and privately. There is no registration, no trial version and no function that unlocks only after payment.

Three things that make the decision easier

• Nothing is transmitted. The tools are single HTML files that run entirely in your browser. They load nothing from the internet and send nothing to me or to anyone else. That is why you can use them with real names and real figures.
• Free software. Everything is covered by the GNU General Public License (GPL-3.0-or-later). You may use, study, modify and pass on the files – inside your company too, and years from now, regardless of whether this website still exists.
• Your files belong to you. What you produce is saved as a file on your own computer, in open formats that can be exported: PDF, PowerPoint, Word, SVG, CSV.

Which tool for what?

The list quickly becomes long, so here is the orientation by occasion:

• You want to make relationships and dynamics visible: the systemic board in 2D or 3D, the genogram editor for family systems across generations, the social atom editor for someone's personal network.
• You are facing a decision: tetralemma and decision scales for the factual level, my inner team when the resistance is not factual.
• The topic has no name yet: card work with picture and word cards, or the mind mapping tool to bring order to your thoughts.
• You are working on your company: the EAM tools for architecture and capabilities, the ITSM tools for IT services, and the 8-Level Model as the frame that connects the two.

More to try out

Tools that are new or not yet thoroughly tested are listed separately under Experimental – to try out. That is also where the MC4Y Productivity Suite lives, with which several people can work on the same data.
